Bay Street HR developed and implemented the entire human resources infrastructure for a technology firm after their IPO. This included developing and administering the company’s policies and procedures, compensation program and performance review process.
Bay Street HR also conducted a Cultural Audit and helped create the firm’s Mission Statement and Guiding Principles. Additionally, we handled all of the client’s recruiting and other day-to-day HR needs until the firm’s requirements reached a level where a full-time HR professional was necessary. Bay Street HR then recruited and trained the new HR professional.
