With the introduction of Ontario Bill 132, Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan Act (Supporting Survivors and Challenging Sexual Violence and Harassment) 2016, Bay Street HR developed and implement a program update to ensure all our clients’ policies and procedures were compliant. The updated program consisted of revising existing harassment reporting procedures and definitions. We worked closely with our clients to ensure they understand the implications on their obligations to their employees and to ensure their employees understand how these changes affect them on a day-to-day level.
