Together with comprehensive HR support for a leading independent Investment Bank, Bay Street HR developed and implemented a firm-wide Performance Measurement and Management process including a 360-degree feedback component for the Executive Team. We administered the review process annually and provided market data and consulting support during the quarterly bonus allocation process. In addition, we provided extensive advice and support on employee relations matters, including terminations, recommendations on promotions, and international transfers, as well as specialized HR support for their UK office. We supported the firm’s complete HR function, including the HR due diligence process during the firm’s acquisition by a US-based company, and we continued to support the Canadian HR component until the firm underwent a second acquisition.
