Bay Street HR evaluated the compensation of the Senior Leadership Team for a Schedule I Bank. The project included benchmarking base salaries against market standards and recommending a long-term incentive plan (LTIP) that was competitive yet appropriate for the size and stage of the Bank. We worked closely with the Board of Directors, provided strategic guidance on the plan design and assisted with the rollout of the LTIP to align executive compensation with the Bank’s long-term performance objectives.
